Thinking of Joining us at Aspace2?
If you’d like to become a participant at Aspace2, you can:
- Discuss it with your transition officer / social worker
- Ask for a referral from the Aspace2 team
- The transition officer will take your request to the funding panel
- You will receive the decision of the panel via your transition officer
- If successful, we will agree a start date and the team at Aspace2 will be in contact to discuss your Transition plan
- Our team will be delighted to welcome you to Aspace2
